Returns

We want you to love what you purchase from Copper & Lace Western Boutique. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit or exchange.Items must meet the following conditions:
Unworn and unwashed
Original tags attached
Free of perfume, smoke, makeup, or damage
Returned in original condition
Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
Clearance or markdown items
Jewelry and accessories
Custom or handmade items
Gift cards

Refund Method

Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Store credit never expires and may be used online or in-store.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Copper & Lace Western Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 5 business days.

In-Store Returns

Items purchased online may also be returned in-store within the same 14-day return window, provided they meet the return conditions listed above.
